TRAINING & ONBOARDING:
No prior recruiting or sales experience required! Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful. Each of our team members have a vested interest in your success and will do what it takes to help you get to where you want to be.
During orientation, you will learn things such as:
- Utilizing various tools/technologies to source candidates
- Best practices for effective screening and qualifying of candidates
- Presenting candidates with jobs that not only match their experience, but what they want to do
- Negotiation skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Common skill sets, terminology and understanding of what makes a great candidate
- Onboarding procedures & hiring paperwork
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
Depending on what career track you want to pursue, there are additional courses that cover sales, account management and leadership to help prepare you for your next role, all in addition to ongoing training to help you maximize performance in your current role.
All employees start as Sourcers before earning a promotion to Recruiter, which can happen in as little as 2-3 months. If you’re passionate about helping connect candidates to jobs, we have a career path on the recruiting side. If you’re more interested in supporting our clients, we have a track for that too.

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Work will be 100% onsite at our office in Huntersville for the first 6 months, after which there will be opportunities to move into a hybrid schedule
- Hours are 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday
- Casual dress code
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree and/or prior sales or customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Prioritization & time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Stationary positioning, including sitting for extended periods of time
- Repetitive motions, including the use of fine motor skills in the arms, hands and fingers
- Communication with others to exchange information
